  • Kuralın (kuralların) uygulanması ve yorumlar: In accordance with Rule 12 (a)(i) (Sailing vessels), when two sailing vessel are approaching one another, so as to involve risk of collision and when each has the wind on a different side, the vessel which has the wind on port side (vessel A) shall keep out of the way of the other (vessel B).
