  • Primjena Pravila i komentari: U skladu s Pravilom 3 (I) (Opće definicije) izraz ” smanjena vidljivost” označava sve okolnosti pri kojima je vidljivost smanjena zbog magle, sumaglice, padanja snijega, jake oluje s kišom, pješčane oluje ili drugih sličnih uzroka.
